Finite Codimensional Controllability, and Optimal Control Problems with Endpoint State Constraints

摘要:Motivated by the study of optimal control problems for infinite dimensional systems with endpoint state constraints, we introduce the notion of finite codimensional (exact/approximate) controllability. Some equivalent criteria on the finite codimensional controllability are presented. In particular, the finite codimensional exact controllability is reduced to deriving a G?rding type inequality for the dual system, which is new for many evolution equations. This inequality can be verified for some concrete problems (and hence applied to the corresponding optimal control problems), say the wave equations with both time and space dependent potentials.

报告人简介张旭,四川大学数学学院教授,主要研究数学控制论。曾获国家自然科学二等奖、教育部自然科学一等奖、中国控制会议第六届《关肇直奖》(2000年等,得到973计划和国家杰出青年科学基金等资助,入选教育部“长江学者”特聘教授和中国科学院“百人计划”。先后任《中国科学:数学》(中英文版)、应用数学学报(英文版)、SIAM J. Control Optim.ESAIM Control Optim. Calc. Var.Acta Appl. Math.J. Math. Anal. Appl.Math. Control Relat. FieldsAnnual Reviews in Control等刊编委、副主编或主编,并应邀在国际数学家大会上作45分钟报告。
