Description of the course:
The overall goal of the course is to provide a deepened understanding of the fundamental ingredients of linear systems theory and how these are used in analysis and design of control systems. Besides revisiting more classical topics such as reachability, observability, realization and linear quadratic control, we will also discuss several central topics in linear geometric control theory, namely invariant and controlled invariant subspaces, disturbance decoupling, zero dynamics and output regulation. (The course will be lectured in Chinese)
